Until Todd became Isaiah's assistant, he had never realized how satisfying it could be to pur melted crayon bits into pig-shaped molds and watch them harden into their new form.  If one of the Critters didn't turn out, he could melt it and start over again.  A failed sheep could become a successful cow.  And all of them could become successful chickens.
